About Lara Attalah

Lara serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of ICF Egypt Chapter - the leading accreditation and governing Coaching institution in the world - and is the Chair of the Marketing and Branding Committee.

She also completed the "Train of Trainers" Program in affiliation with Columbia University and the Leadership Training of Trainers program offered by THNK School of Creative Leadership.

Her specializations cover the following fields: Executive, Transformational Leadership, and Life Coaching.

By obtaining her certification in Deep Coaching Intensive (DCI), Lara is a Certified Transformational Coach.

Transformational Coaching is a deep exploration of what one is longing for, and a courageous step into a new relationship with life itself through connecting with one’s inner wisdom.

Transformational Leadership aims at inspiring people to achieve remarkable results, and serves to enhance the motivation, morale, and job performance of followers through a variety of mechanisms.

Lara is a licensed practitioner in Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy as well as a Certified NLP Practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programing) from the International Academy for Training and Consulting – USA.

She is also a Certified Thought Coach from Ora Nadrich Institute for Transformational Thinking.

Lara has attended Tony Robbins Seminar Live in Florida “Unleash the Power Within” that offered 55 hours of personal Development.

Lara has completed the Leadership & Coaching Certification and the Awareness to Action approach to the Enneagram Certification with Awareness to Action International.

Specialized also in Life Coaching, Lara provides individuals with a direct experience of the reality they have created in order to empower them to shift their current paradigm to make way for what is desired. Lara partners with clients to define their aspirations, connect with their passion and discover the "Self" they want to be.

Through one-on-one coaching sessions or group coaching sessions and retreats, Lara assists individuals to reach their highest potential, extend their limits and move forward to achieve fulfillment.

Lara regularly develops and facilitates Group Coaching Workshops and Retreats at all levels, including: 1-3 day Leadership Development Programs, Managing the 4 dimensions of energy to increase performance program, How to build Self Trust, Goal Setting program, How to create a coaching culture within organizations and many more self-awareness programs.

She has extensive experience in the corporate and business world since she has worked as a marketing brand manager for ADAMS Egypt, is an entrepreneur, and has managed a couple of private businesses before establishing her career in Coaching.

She is married and has two daughters.
